Hi, i live here in louisville ky, the home of your alls zpi. i just think that you all need to ask some of the people here in louisville what they think of zpi. go to either of these local louisville boards and ask.

ZPI will not ship or deliver a product that we are not 100% happy with. This is why we do not sell certain brands etc…We will not promise something that we can not deliver but we do ask for a little bit of slack as we are developing these products for a completely new platform.

Now you see how things get blown out of proportion when a user is upset, Not taking any sides but sometimes we are all quick to say oh that is wrong, that’s not right just by judging from what the user tells us. Then come to find out the user has been in contact with the company, they have been informed on the salutation etc etc. Its just sad I understand a person being mad but don’t “extend” the truth (Not saying that to anyone here, just in general) Ahh welll

i my sefl am not going to get on here and bad mouth a company, but i will direct you all twards the truth about them. im an just looking out for everyone, not tryin to hurt anybody. just i think that you all need to know a few things.
ALOT of people here avoid taking their cars to ZPI for a reason. i am not at liberty to speak of such things. but i can direct you twards the truth.
