Also, i just got off the phone with him and gave them all this info to add into the claim

If he no longer has a tC, then why is has he been posting interest of getting a turbo kit and offering $2000 to buy a TRD S/C??? Check his posts and they're all recent like weeks ago.

Haha he finally sent me an email!

He said he cant refund the money because ive opened up a claim against him, so now its my fault that he cant refund the money that he has had 4 days to refund

 

he sent me saying within 24hours. i smell more bull____ from the *****

now he says he can't do it because of you, and you need to escalate it before he starts sending money back

 

Howd u guys manage to get his address? Haha. If I were u, I would just pay him a visit. Hahaha. I hope all u guys get your money back... One way or another.
