Don't know - good luck getting your sh*t. I've been waiting 6 weeks and now can't get an e-mail reply - what I did get in past though was pretty much limited to "it'll be this week" "it should go out next week at the latest" etc etc.

I've already pretty much resigned to having lost the $100.

you have something on order or just inquiring in general?

I got it (but thanks for your help - rare around these parts). I talked to him originally when I ordered - needed his address to send money (it wasn't listed on the internet)

Damn, I thought I was the only one with the same prob.
I called him up for his shipping address and such.

I sent emails here and there.
Just to check up, but not trying to be annoying.

I've been patient, but I think it's been too long.
2-3 weeks has been enough.

So if ya'll actually talk to Gary...question is "Wazzup?"
Thanks.

I try to keep myself busy.
Family, girlfriend, work, going places, washing the car once a week.

It works, but it's been too long.
It's a pair of candied lights, that's all.

There's a show on May 7th.
I mean, hopefully I'll receive it sooner than I think, but receiving it before the show is wayyy enough time.

Not to make excuses for people but he did just get married and was gone a week.
And you dont have to tell me about waiting because I got my tail lights but Ive been
waiting for a long time (7weeks) for my 1 pc eye brow in the lava color but you have to remember he is only 1 guy he doesnt have people working for him and its all custom work which as long as its quality custom work its worth the wait .

Hey, congrats to him.
Did I know he just got married?
No.

He said soon, I said okay.
Like I said, I've been patient.

And quality...that's why I went through him.

now that gary's back from his honeymoon, he should be able to get everything rolling again.

he is just 1 guy, doing all the design, fab, and paint - and he's had a LOT of orders, so things are going to run a little longer than if you bought from a wharehouse shop - keep in mind right now EVERY part is hand built - so it does take some time, but you'll be glad you waited when the aprts arrive, the quality is top notch!

If you have any questions, feel free to call him, his cell phone# is listed on the website!

As the email said, no.
Or he'll be busy.
I understand the family situation(s)
but

Now if anyone gave crap before about being patient,
now you should understand where us customers are coming from.

LISTEN UP!!!!!

gary was just married. then the next week, his uncle died....then 4 days later his father inlaw dies. to make matters more difficult......orders dont stop while all this is going on!!!!

furthermore.....it takes about a 1/2 day for glass to dry! and takes a good day and a half for paint to dry.....now if you want things shipped....that takes a good week(he has sent things out too early cuzz people were rushing him....and they have had to send it back because shipping isnt a reallt pleasant process.) paint doesnt take well to bubble wrap!!!!

NOW if you want the lava color.....he uses a candy so that takes about 2 days just to paint....not to mention dry! and TRUST ME ,.,,you dont want to rush candy!

with this all being said, im sure you can imagine what he goes through....with about 10-12 orders a day! PLUS he is a perfectionist of sorts!

look, i understand what each and everyone of you is going through (i HATE to wait, and i know some of you have waited and been really good about it) BUT i seriously think everyone should relax. the man does EXCELLENT work! and i know, YOU know that, cuz WHY WOULD YOU WAIT....right????

well i talked to him, and he said if this is the respect he gets....call him and he will sent the money back........i doubt you will call though....

WWW>NISH-DESIGNS.COM

if the number or the website ....MAGICALLY....disappears. feel free to e-mail me

slyxb@yahoo.com

JEREMY

ps i know all of this because....i work with gary....i dont much custom stuff i just try to help him out.

I have purchased from Nish in the past. I think people would just like some communication. You give someone your money expecting a product in a certain period of time it would be nice if you know the status of that product or the status of the person creating the product and why it is taking a period of time longer to complete.

I think people can relate with his life problems right now but without knowing this information its obvious why people might be disgruntled.

If you spend $100 plus dollars on something and then they never call, email, make contact with you in over a month you might be a little PMS'y to

But like I said I think its just a lack of communication and just didn't know about Nish's family problems at the moment.
