Man, some complain about witing 6 weeks, I've been waiting for 6 months. Why? Cuz I told Gary to get some of his major projects out of the way first. I'm in no hurry. Heck I know someone up here in Nor*Cal that is still waiting for his eyelids also, and they were paid for at the beginning of the year.

I know not to rush Gary, and so does a few of my friends. We know that we will have an excellent product when it arrives.

If Gary has a downfall, its saying NO to people. Gary is always willing to help people. I guess you just have to go toone of his all night modding sessions at his house.

As Jeremy stated, Gary has had some set backs the past few weeks.

Gary will be back, and with a vengenance. Please be patient. I know how hard that is as I'm the one who is impatient.

 

He needs to hire some help or communicate with people. Everyone is busy, why is he too important to throw out a quick email or phonecall to people?

 

The sad situations and painting/drying process is all understandable.
And him being only one guy doing this is understandable as well.

I've ordered my product almost 1 month before all this started.
Yes, it's all about communication.
Of course I don't want a ____*y product that Nish isn't known for.
I want that great quality Nish product, so thats why I never called to get my $ back.

I know things just happen without any control, but I wouldn't mind a email here and there.
I'm not talking about an email once every month,
while I'm sitting on my front door stoop waiting for a package with my name to show up.

I just want to know if he actually started my project, if it's near to being done, and if it's gonna be shipped anytime soon.
And the project is a pair of candied lights, so it's just about a 3 day thing, with breaks.
But hey, I wouldn't know because there isn't any communication.

But when I did get some communication, it was "soon".
And "soon" is now another month later.

 

Or is that not being patient enough?

2toned and supercruchy. obviously you guys are pretty tired of waiting, and it has come down to talking trash about nish online. i spoke with him last night and if you are at this point he doesnt really want to do the work then. feel free to call him with your info and im SURE he would be more than happy to send the money back.

and supercrunchy. listen to what you said....HE needs to hire some one else....why do you think you are getting customs stuff at such a low price....THINK about it. he has no overhead, and SUPER low prices.......BUT you may have to wait a little......so like i said call him, im positive he would give you back the money!

and for others who dont know......me and gary work until 2 or 3 everynight! from about 11 in the morning. yes we take some breaks but we still put about 10-11 hours of work in on this stuff that you guys are waiting on.

2 toned....dont get me wrong man, i wouldnt have waited as long as you BUT, i gotta stick up for my friends! im sure you understand! but it still stands.,,,,call gary!!!!!!!

 

Just to let people know, I wasn't trying to bash Nish.
Nish is all about great quality products and that's why I went through him.
Sorry if I sound impatient, but I'm glad Jeremy/slyXB understands.
We've talked and made sure we got our facts straight.

Like he said, you just gotta roll with the punches.
I totally understand and accept the wait due to some situations.

If there's any other customer with questions about their order, speak up.
Nothing will be situated if there's no word. And that's what Jeremy and other Nish customers are there for.

And if there's any curious/upcoming Nish customers,
please don't be alarmed. You will be satisfied with their word and product(s).
So keep those orders coming.

all fine and dandy excuses... but that still doesn't make it entirely ok that it's been 10 weeks and counting for a set of eyelids (that don't even fit my current headlights now).

and I did ask for a refund... which the email has been ignored.

I've been more than patient. "Patient" is not even the word for it.

I've been told countless times over the months "it's done!" "it's on the way" "by the end of the week" "all I gotta do is ship it out!" etc etc etc (I have every email).

I've seen of the parts in person, excellent qaulity - that's why I ordered, the price means nothing to me, I would have ordered if they were $500 instead of $100. But 10 weeks and counting is not worth it.

And yes... I still say, if the parts aren't currently in the mail, I WANT MY MONEY BACK! If they ARE in transit, prove it.

 

DUDE people like you need their ___ kicked! you have NO idea whats going on! im sure gary would send you the money....CALL HIM like i have been saying! he doesnt get on the net too often!

we all know you have been waiting for a while.....but be curteous man. people in his family have passed away, and the man is starting a new life....

find something else to do other than bash on the internet!

ahhh... excellent public relations on behalf of Gary. I should hire you for one of my companies. If Gary's got 'problems' going on in life, fine. Communicate that fact. You convienently glossed over the fact that I've been repeatedly told they were in the mail (when they obviously weren't). I have been far more than 'courteous' in the matter, he's yet to get one e-mail from me that's even in the slightest nasty with him. I've been more than understanding. You're the one that says you're working 10-11 hours a day making parts.

If Nish needs 'time' so be it, just say so. But as far as YOU, you can be first in line to try and kick my ___. All you 've managed to do is shorten my patience. You would be a prime example of why I only come on here every few days at best to waste 10 minutes of my life.

And thank you for the link but I already have the number, that's how I ordered the part.
