no customer service at scionshoppe....
Hello all,
Just thought that I would share my experience with you guys. I bought a Scion Tc Center Console cover from them for $30. It is made with black vinyl & velour on the sides.
NOTE: I am not trying to BASH this company, I am purely stating "MY OWN EXPERIENCES WITH THEM"
1. There was no business etiquette, I have not received a name or number where I can contact someone. All thier email replies are signed "Scion Shoppe"
2. It took me over 3 emails to get information on how to purchase a center console cover.
3. When I got the cover, the SEAM (or SEWING) started to separate as I was putting on the cover.
4. They accuse me that it was my fault and they had nothing to do with it. (I have pictures)
5. They want ME to PAY for shipping the item back to see whose fault it was.
6. They are really rude & are not willing to help me in anyway.
7. I tried to file a claim.. to see if I could get a new one under warranty. But no one ever got back to me. I guess they don't believe in customer service, once the product is sold. Especially since I'm not local, and I can't actually go down to the shop.
Once again, this is my experience with them and your experience might be different but I just want to warn others of what I went through. I just took this as a loss and moved on and will NEVER go with them again. Thanks for NOTHING SCIONSHOPPE!
