Almost two months ago, I ordered a DME cap package from NST. After a few weeks of not receiving the item, I emailed them. They told me that they were on backorder (not stated on the order page) and that they would be expecting them in two weeks. So another two or three weeks goes by, I email them again....no reply, and again a few days ago...no reply. I'm getting frustrated, I just want my parts. Anyone have any experience with them?

Ive order from them a few times. The first time was fast and I got my item within 4 days


The second time, I emailed them over 5 times in a 4 week spand. No responses or replies. I got my item after 6 weeks. I was mad, but forgave them

The third them I had to do an exchange for faulty item. I send my item and emailed them 4 times making sure they got my item in a 3 week spand. I didnt get any responses until another 2 weeks stating that my item wont be shipped out til 2 more weeks. I waiting basically about 2.5-3 months for an exchange.

Idk whats up with their customer service

My radiator tie downs were on back order when I ordered that and my DME panel. I received the panel and on the receipt it said that the tie downs were backordered..i was quite agigated at first as well because the website never listed them as on backorder and i was never emailed or notified until my panel came in.

I eventually forgave them for my attitude about it on there thread but needless to say i would have much rather had them email or call me telling me whats going on.

That's the same reason I'm upset. They never let me know they are on backorder. So did you end up getting everything?

I eventually got the tie downs a week or 2 later..but I seriously had forgotten about them so i was like "wtf?" when I come home and see a package on my bed haha.

But yeah I eventually received them. Even though I did apologize for my attitude in there thread here I still think they should have at least emailed me and then updated there website. They told me it said on the receipt that they are on back order..which is fine but I freaked out when I only got the panel and not the tie downs. I never really check my shipping receipts in detail unless I have a problem with the product and need to return it or something. So the way they "let me know" was really under the radar..

Anyway enough of my rant..good luck man! hope it gets resolved..maybe try posting in the sponsored sales thread they have on here to see if they respond there?

Mike is on AIM a lot and also they do answer the phones!
