Resloved
I sold him a scion watch, the auction was sold as is. When he got the watch the one dial wasn't working. I asked if he replaced the batteries because the light was also kinda dim on it. He said that he wasn't satisfied and he would like a refund, i told him the auction was sold as is but i would refund his money in this case because he is a fellow scion owner.
So after i refund the money he said he would send the watch back and he would pay for shipping. So that was on 4/20 it is now 5/1 i have no watch and he has ignored every form of contact from me. I pm'd him multiple times and emailed him a few times also and he has ignored everyone.
Id like either the 80 dollars back for the watch or the watch back.

Just for the future. NEVER issue a refund before you have the item back in your possession.
I sold a dude a camera on ebay and he said that it didn't work as described. I told him I'd issue a refund if he sent it back. He said he would... been two months and I haven't gotten the camera back. I still have my money though. Gotta play it safe.
