Default Normal wait time for Scion accessories?

Okay Ill make this quick.

So I went in to order my new tC almost 2 weeks ago and the dealer lucked out and found one at another dealer 60 miles away. He has the car brought to the dealership and it is there the next day when I arrive. Kewlness!

However, I order all these options like lowering springs, body kit, etc and they place the order for the items and let me leave with the bone stock tC (and leave my old car there-which I did not trade in- to be used when the parts come in and they put them on).

Only problem is, that it seems like it is taking a LOOOONG time to get in 2 parts (Springs and a light kit). My question is, has this happened to anyone else? How long did you have to wait for parts? Any production delays that anyone knows of? Am I just getting paranoid for no reason (likely)

Thanks!

Most Toyota/Scion accessories are available within 24 hours of being ordered. What did the dealer tell you as their reason for the delay?

Hmmm... didnt give one. Just said that all the parts were in except for the light kit and the lowering springs. Interesting. Looks like I might be making a call to the dealership soon. Any other ideas?

Thanks Joseph_Scion. That is what I was wondering. But I kept hearing people getting TRD things in next day and thought my situation might be a bit odd.

When I ordered my springs they were on backorder for about 3 weeks, and I work for toyota. Good luck.
