Default oznium.com.....WTF!

ok, usually oznium is a great reliable place. As far as my purchases go....not so much. I ordered a green dome light a while back, and it came with one of the wires not attached. Ok, just a quick soldering job, no big deal. Then my dad, toyota salesman, tells me he has a customer who wants more light for his new xB. Well since my current dome light emits so much, i tell him ill order the super bright white dome light. Now onto why im posting this. I ordered it January 21st. It says its backordered and will ship in 8 days. I think, oh well, ill just pay for faster shipping so once it does ship, it will get here a bit faster. So now its Febuary 19th, and it still has not shipped. WTF oznium? So far, im not as impressed as everyone else.

Well I'm sure your one in a million. Oznium always takes care of me... the few things I have ordered. My led's on a flexible led strip were going out and they sent me a new one no questions asked. Some are going out again so I think I may do cathodes. When demand for things is high, cutomer service gets harder and harder, As you sohuld know cuz your dad works at toyota. I work at bmw and sometimes getting parts is impossible :p. Im sure they will work something out for you.

I ordered these as well. I heard they were held up in customs, but this is second hand info from someone who called them. I think they should update the website to reflect that its going to be a while, but they might just not know when they are coming in. Other than that Oznium is top notch and I will continue to buy from them. Maybe just give them a call and see whats up.

I have read all kinds of great things about oznium and I was actually looking at the dome lights today.

But now this has made me think twice.

(And I was also going to get the halo's)

ddplion, don't be scared to order from oznium at all. They have awesome products and bomb customer service. I will probably be ordering blue led dome lights here soon!

i've spent a lot of money with oznium in the past 3 years....no complaints up until the dome lights and it seems to only effect the "flexible super thin dome" line.

but that won't stop me from ordering from them again, oznium ftw

i just have to wait for a little more money before ordering again

Hi Murphy (Murbyrne),

I've zero'ed out your order so you won't be charged anything for it. When it does finally ship, consider it our gift to you.

Also, if it is any consolation, please accept a $10 discount off your next order. Here's the discount link (it is specific to your account, so just log in with your email address first): http://www.oznium.com/promo/8AAF3U

I hope you will give us another chance!

Hi everyone else,

Thank you for the support and kind words! I'm considering not even allowing customers to order something that isn't in stock. Because it is so difficult to give an accurate ship date for these backordered products, it just sets us all up for disappointment.

I think we do a great job keeping products in stock. And the live inventory status on the product page is a big time-saver! These dome lights have been a mess though. They've been hugely popular and difficult to keep in stock. For that, I am truly sorry.
