**Update** 28 September. This issue has been resolved and I have tracking information on the grills. They shipped on 25 September and due to unfortunate circumstances at Pracing, they were unable to contact me till today. They have been very appologetic through this whole ordeal, and customer service has been good, when they are around.

I purchased a set of grills around 1 PM on Monday September 18th. I ordered them with the promise that they would ship within 5 business days and I would have tracking information.

I PMed PRacing com several times through out the week and recieved and apology that they hadnt gotten me a shipping date. Someone was sick, kaminari hadnt gotten back to them and so forth. I was patient and not rude. After the 5 days passed I tald them they had till Monday to provide me info. NO RESPONSE. Yesterday I sent them my altimatum. One of the options was to get me tracking info by noon today. NO ANSWER. Another was, I would continue to wait if they partial refunded my order. NO ANSWER. Another was complete cancelation of my order and return of the money. NO ANSWER. And the last option was, they do nothing, I post this thread, and file a paypal claim. Well....here I am....so no answer.

I know its only $119 and its only been 8 days, but business is business. If I owed them money, they would send it to a collection agency just like any other company. Well the public is my collection agency.

PRACING, WHERE IS MY MONEY???

I will post all PMs later on to show the proof. But in the thread you can see they obviously have ignored me.

Nick arent they local some what to you? I know the military dosent let you leave base alot.. but can you swing on by and see what the heck is going on.. best of luck with the situation..

Oh and I can leave base whenever I want. Military isnt that harsh. I even live off base

Never mind Nick sorry..they are local to me ...I was thinking of Ptunning..

I rember a few months ago they/ PRacing was on here alot.. but anymore.. I dont really see them.. but most of the people I saw deal with them had good experiences.. Best of luck.

Yeah I am not one to go right away and say they are the worse company, dont buy from them.

I know Kaminari usually drop ships, and its probably a problem with them. But in the end, I didnt deal with Kaminari. I dealt with PRacing.

Maybe if they dont pay up, you can pay them a visit for me and get my money.

UPDATE:

I have finally been contacted by PRacing. It looks as though they had a string of bad luck and were unable to contact me. The grills have shipped and tracking info has been provided. They shipped 25 Sept and should be here soon.

They have resolved the situaion and I am getting what I payed for.
