Ok, so i ordered the pre-filter for my scion tC...figured its a little bit of a cautionary measurement, plus black looked better then red in my engine ba. well i order the item on may 31, with injen shipping, siad it would be 1-2 business days(mind you it was wednesday i order) before the item was shipped, and then 3 days after that i should recieve the item....

well, as of today, i still have yet to recieve the item, and yes they have taken the money from my account.

I have sent 3 e-mails to injen, over the period of a week and a half...all of which have been unanswered.

The phone numbers listed on there website, all of them say call can not be completed as dialed.

so its been 2 weeks, (10 business days) and i have not recieved the item, or a response.

I suggest you reconsider ordering direct from Injen...maybe try someoen else...i've learned my lesson, and I am calling the Attorney General tomorrow morning....

Anyone that knows a way to get incontact with injen, your help is appreciated.

well, fourtunately, i was able to finally...after going through a million different phones, able to get into contact with Injen. according to them, the item was shippped on the 7th...i ordered it on the 31 of may... They said it would be here tomorrow via UPS...so i'm waiting on the big brown truck

 

Yea their shop is in Cali, so it may take awhile. But I think they should have gave you the tracking # first..

Its probably UPS's fault.

 

well i finally recieved my item yesterday...almost two weeks after words...

talked to hong at injen, finally was able to get a hold of them(dont know what was wrong with phone) but the item wasnt shipped until june 7, and i ordered it may 31

they pulled the payment from my account on june 2, but didnt ship for 5 more days, and did not give me a tracking number......nor did they answer my e-mails....

i would have to say, buyer beware

 

So you ordered it straight from injen? I would have shipped it out the same day you ordered it. lol Seriouly though it takes 6 business days to ship coast to coast. So I'd point the finger at UPS before Injen. We called today to get a pre-order going and they were out of tC intakes.

That's just what I was told. But it's all good cause we still have a few.

 

they shipped it out the 7th, it arrived the 12th(there was aweekend in there i think) that was the delay..it tookthem 6 days to send it to UPS...i've learned my lesson from them, i'll ahve to try other places next time
