If you mean ssuperstore, I'm happy for you.

I had to hound them to get replacement parts for my head lights. Took over 4 months, 3 unanswered e-mails, and 5 phone calls. I also ordered a block adapter over a year ago that came with wrong size bolt. I gave up after the same routine only with unanswered phone calls. Now I have a cool looking paper weight.

Not too sure what you mean by
you get what you pay for
They carry good quality parts.

My AC Autotecnic adapter came with the wrong bolts. George at ssuperstore has done nothing to correct the problem after several attempts. But neither has Autotechnic after a few voice mails and contacts through the web site.

The sad part is ssuperstore has some great exclusive parts and I will likely deal with them again as well.
No bashing intended, I just got the one in a thousand bad ones, that will likely never happen again.
I'll find the bolt some day on my own. It just sucks, and I haven't had much luck so far.
