Hood prop problem also on Greddy Air Diversion Panel
Just to let you know if your thinking of going this way. I bought the greddy air diversion panel and it also has the same problem in terms of the hood prop indent as Dr. Isotope "alternative panel". There is none so now I have to go and buy the proplift. I love the look of the panel especially on my silver scion since it matches the car color. Just FYI in case you thought that greddy addressed that problem.

Nope, I have the redline hood lift just for this reason. My prop rod went into my trunk for a few months because of the panel.
The hood lift is WAY worth it and easy to install, so I'd stongly suggest going that way even if you don't have the diversion panel.
I'm also a big fan of my panel... Check out my photos and you can see it.

I actually wanted to buy the hood prop but it was on the back of my mind in terms of mods so I am kinda forced
to buy it. In terms of drilling, The panel looks real clean and I did not want to mess it up with an not-so-professional job or drilling into metal. I bet someone out there with better skills then me could have done it but I did not want to. Greddy also really follows the natural lines of the car. ALso for only a tad over 49.99 shipped I thought it was not toooo expensive (more then Dr.isotope) but they have gone down in price.

The hood prop hole has been addressed on my panels since about panel #19. The prop hole is optional, as those who are Redline equipped obviously do not need the hole.
And I am still producing panels, still $30 shipped, still available textured or smooth. Anyone who wants one, PM me.

I still run a stock hood...
They have a lesser powered one I believe for CF hoods, you can call them...
This one would blow a cf hood right off...LoL. it's ALMOST too powerful for the stock hood IMHO.

I installed the Greddy Panel Yesterday. I saw the same problem. Luckly I have the Hood shock installed by Redline tuning. So I finally got around to removing the stock hood prop.
