Im also gunna be taking it up with the DA, this guy just seems to think he can do this to people on here and paypal or the cc company will just fit the bill and he wont be held responsible - $350 in the long run isnt that much money but its the principle of it. Even if he gets off easy on it - which im sure he will - but hopefully it will wake him up when the cops show up at his door.

Yea unfortunately i bought from him before mention of him was made in the recliner15/stockturbo thread. (I paid him about a month ago now). I always check for feedback ons omeone before i buy from them but this seemed to be legit and at the time he had no negative feedback from anyone so it seemed good - than about a week afterwards some posts were made in one of his threads saying he was the same guy - o well thats about my luck :/
