So apparently this thread got moved lol O well at this point it doesnt really matter - he has refused to contact me so its pretty clear whats going on. Ill keep my word and give him until Friday to send a valid tracking number but I dont forsee that coming thus ill be filing the case with paypal and my bank on Friday.

Well i dunno about the other person but i forgot to post to this thread - paypal jusged in my favor on monday and credited the money back to my account - he refused to respond to the dispute. So at least i got out clean
