If you want great service shop the Golden Valley store.
Gregg and Nancy were great! Gregg worked with me to get the best $ for my trade and Nancy pulled a lot of strings to get me in my xB that day rather than having to wait for the next shipment to come in.

The business office guy was very efficient and friendly. The paperwork took 10 minutes rather than an hour like at other dealers. They did not treat me like scum as many others had when I told them I would be paying cash rather than financing.

 

I feel really lucky to have gotten my tC from Rudy Luther's. Every experience has been generally awesome. I hope they do something like the big photo scavenger hunt again!
