Here is our email convo from yesterday and today.
I wanted to know, so I'll be able to let my dad know weather or not he's going to have problems at his house with the police, or if you'd atleast give me what zip code was filed for fradulent internet charges or whatever, because his zipcode is 1 digit different from mine. If you would please, thanks. I will check with the post office tommorow on the package if anything can be done, or I'll get your money back. Thanks

My home address is 4447 Victor Avenue. Cincinnati, OH 45242. I don't really think it matters what address they gave me of yours. It was being used solely for filing charges on a fraudulent internet transaction. I sent the money to email address scionchicka@hotmail.com. When I did so, the owner of that particular paypal account had the name of "Adam H". Which is clearly not your name. That was another reason we though it was fraudulent. So if you want to clear it up, please return my money to me asap. I'm not trying to be a dick here. I just want my money back. That's all. A paypal refund would be best so that way I can clear the case on there and you can use your paypal account again.

Initially all I had was your email address. Paypal supplied information for me to file a police report. If you can refund my money that would be great. I'd say if you get me the screen I'd be happy but it sounds like you no longer have that in your possession.

Please don't be mad at me, I didn't know there was a problem? I will make it up to you, I just don't want any problems over something wrong with the mail. What address do you have for me? because I think I had my dads address listed for paypal, and I don't live with him. I don't want to have any problems at his house. I'll handle this however you want thanks for understanding

Ok I'm contacting authorities in your area. I've received all of your information you've submitted to Paypal. So be prepared for the authorities to be contacting you. I'm filing federal fraud charges on you since the transaction was done via the internet. Have a nice day!

im filing w/ paypal today too.
i already filed with paypal. they do nothing basically. they file a complaint to see if she replies. she won't reply. then paypal says you "win" the decision. then they say they "try" to recover it from their account. they won't be able to and then they basically send you an email saying we're sorry, you're screwed. lol it sucks bro. i've been there with this chic already.
thanks wildscion06 and vietprince - i appreciate ur words- im not exactly a baller and knowing someone basically cheated me out of 110 bucks hurts.
i thought that buying off these forums would be safe since i understand you have to have a certain post amout to even on to this specific one...but i got screwed anyway. oh well.....let's all just hope karma gets her/him back soon!
