I think scammers use compromised accounts to get around the post limit. I mean, this user looks legitimate from her post history. I don't think she just suddenly turned bad. I suspect someone cracked the password on the account and used it to scam.

And then on the other hand you have theslayer, who clearly joined with the intent to scam. If you look at his posting history, his first 50 posts are all between 1 and 3 words long, and then the scamming began after that.

 

omg i was just about to start a thread to rant about her when I saw there already was one! Yeah she cheated me out of a vrd grille too! $120 bucks down the drain! I am still so angry!

 

Oh and yes I used paypal and even made a claim and everything. Paypal decided in my favor but they "were unable to recover any of my funds"

 

Yep, that's how PayPal's wonderful system works.

 

At one point doesn't their Paypal account shutdown? I would think so anyway.

ALWAYS use credit cards through paypal - you can call your CC company after 30 days, and dispute the charge, and they go and take THEIR money back from paypal.

Its the ONLY way to do transactions and be safe. I was scammed $550 off ebay for a carpet cleaning machine, and get every penny back from discover - and fast. Granted, I had to wait 30 days by law, but shoot.. its better than never getting it back!

Dude I do not know why I didn't even think of that before. I was able to get all the money back from Mastercard .

While I am happy I got the money back, I'm still ____ed that This b!+<# got away with so many peoples' money, so yes I'm totally in favor of getting her adress and some torches

 

people...are you serious... she is definetely committing a fraud here.. can;t you see how many poeple are still waiting and waiting.... you know she is not gonna send anything...
JUST REPORT TO THE AUTHORITY AND LET HER LEARN a LESSON...JAIL

 

...actually I think we're all quite aware of the fact that our stuff is never coming. Also, I'd love to report her, but how? All we know is that her SL name is scionxachic.
