Add one more satisfied customer... found my DC strut bar here for the best price anywhere (89 shipped) and received the bar exactly when projected by Fedex. Wasn't super-quick delivery, since I ordered it on Wednesday and received it the next Thursday, but it did have to come all the way from California to the ATL over here. Anyway, the AIM feature was handy in getting immediate feedback (tracking number) and the part was exactly as advertised, perfect shape, installed flawlessly.

i will have to disagree with all of you. i placed my order 7 days ago and i have no news. i called and left 2 msgs, i emailed them and i even added them to my aim. i have yet to receive an answer from them. not even a fedex trackin number.

i hope this is jus and isolated incident cuz i like their prices and would like to keep orderin from them.

p.s. maybe they are on vacation?

Bad write up time!

I ordered from them because I thought they were a good company and I ordered from them in the past with no problems. Well, heres my story:

Almost 2 weeks ago I placed an order from them and it was supposed to be shipped last week. My account I have with them said that it was shipped last week. A few days later I give them a call for an update. They said that they just got what I ordered and they will ship it asap and that I should call back the next day for a tracking number (what this tells me is that I was lied about it being shipped) . I give them a call the next day and what they said was call the next day, and the next, then next morning, then call in an hour, then we'll call you later today. Whats next?! I'm getting really annoyed and ____ed!

btw, I just gave them a call today and no one answered, so what that tells me is that they are closed and that I wont be getting any calls from them TODAY
