By far the most rediculous people I have ever dealt with. I ordered a set of Tanabe drop springs for an '06 xB and they ship me a set for a Yaris/xD. After talking to them, they tell me that they will ship out my xB springs today and tell me to ship the incorrect springs back to them "Post Parcel," which is the cheapest and slowest way to ship things via USPS.
After all this crap, I haven't received my springs for over 7 business days and I'm wondering "why haven't I gotten my springs yet?? USPS Priority doesn't take this long." Come to find out, they shipped it out to me Post Parcel because "they already lost money on shipping the first time around." Maybe if they hadn't shipped me the wrong springs in the first place, they wouldn't be losing money?
All in all, their business ethics are definitely not there. You would think they would have the respect to spend the extra $10 (that's right $10 extra dollars) to ship my second set of springs Priority so I can get them sooner then never. They also had the nerve to say "how do we know you aren't going to send the old springs back to us and scam us on paypal asking for a refund?" What company in their right mind treats customers that way?

wierd I've never had a problem with SSuperstore. always had great customer service and great prices. I had a gripe once, and george took care of it right away for me. Hmm, sorry you had this experience
I've never had a problem either.
Then again,I'm a So-cal local and they're about 10-15 minutes away. I'm pretty much powered by ssuperstore. Sorry about your experience.

just had to make sure that they were still on ther "A" game because there are alot of companies in the scion world that started off good and ended up out of biznez so i just wanted to make sure that they have changed from last yr.....
I've ordered a few things from them, only 1 issue with some visors... I sent back the defective one, and got a replacement within the week.
I like em' alot! Looking to get a hood wing from them soon!
