I JUST FILED A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB & REGISTERED AA AUTOWORKS, however, I don't think they're fully registered quite yet since when I went back to look them up after I filed my complaint they still didn't come up, but it was really easy to do. I recommend others who have had issues (ROBERT & ANDREW) to file a complaint as well, & quickly, so BBB can slam them all at once.

Sorry to hear about this Tina, that sux.
When I had my lip kit, I almost desperately had A&A paint it and install it for me for fairly cheap. I'm glad I didn't.
As for a forum bringing the shop down: Sure, you're not going to go out of business for this, but think of all of the potential customers you now lost. That's not a good thing no matter what you say or what your rep is. Your arrogance only detracts from your credibility.

Ryan, I've told you where to go 1000 times! The Custom Shop in Canoga Park. Take it there next time you're down from Davis, unless the lip's already on, or you just gave up. I'll even go with you if you want.
