Stealth posted TYC tails up for sale back in mid-June. I pm'ed him multiple times and im'ed him for about an hour on one night (he dropped off the face of the earth right in the middle of trying to buy them for about a week. when i checked his scionlife profile each day, he had logged on and obviously had seen that i was trying to buy them but chose to ignore me). meanwhile, he resurfaced a week later. i sent him a $200 USPS money order and told him to let me know when he was ready to ship the tails so i could make sure someone was home to receive them. i was gonna be out of town for a brief period possibly during the shipping date, and i didnt want any mishaps. well instead of sending me a tracking number and letting me know when he had shipped them, he sent them (or claims to). no one was home because i wasnt notified that they had been shipped, and he states the package was returned to him. he claims he shipped again through UPS (a claim i find to be complete BS) and that UPS damaged the tails. funny thing about it is, he told me they were damaged and no longer usable back when i talked to him in early august. but he also said he shipped through ups in late june or early july.

so all along, between july 19th and august 1st, he told me each week he was either shipping them out, or that they had been shipped out. never received anything. the process of even getting a hold of him during those days was ridiculous as well.

stealth has never heard of the word COMMUNICATION.

in normal purchases, the seller notifies the buyer when the package has been shipped, and provides a tracking number as well. stealth did neither. when i repeatedly asked him the status of the lights, he blew me off, ignoring all PM's, IM's, emails, and phone calls. i called him and pm'ed him almost every other day. from august 2nd to august 9th or so, he was irresponsive. he finally pm'ed me back assuring i would receive the tail lights soon, and then later in the message said the taillights were broken. but you ask about the process of getting him to respond? well, i had to HIJACK a thread in which he was trying to buy something to get a hold of him. behind the scenes, he doesnt care. all he appreciates is public image. once i went public, he responded. otherwise, he couldnt have cared less.

Stealth told me on august 10th that my money had been sent back. He has not responded to me since then. It's now august 21st, nothing has arrived.

Stealth screwd me over on the taillights, and then proceeded to steal $205 of mine.

I have taken action with various resources of mine, and now can be assured that he won't be keeping MY money.

This was the absolute worst buying experience I've ever had. Do not deal with Stealth. His word is useless, his trust, gone.

DO NOT BUY FROM STEALTHTC414. HE STOLE MY MONEY AND LIED TO ME, AND CHANCES ARE HE MIGHT DO THE SAME TO YOU.

i was about to drive down to see him and pick up wheels from him. but what did he do? he dissappered. i'm not gonna drive 2 hours for a no show. very unreliable.

My name is Josh I used to be a big part of the Scion community a lot of people know me and what kind of person I am.

First of all, the accusations brought against me from TCSkier are true, what he forgot to mention is when we spoke finally UPS was insuing me a check by mail for the damage to my tailights covered by the insurance I paid during shipping. Three weeks later this check has arrived.

TC-Skier has been refunding the full amount he has given plug 3% paypal fees. The transaction threw paypal is Transaction ID #7YL009120C557622A

So to all who don't know me, dont't knock me. I currently have for sale a few things in the classifieds which have all been sold and recieved by the buyer. I am not a thief nor will even be one, my EBAY name is Spoolin414 the feedback speaks for itself.

ChrisChoi has never been "ripped off" by me, ChrisChoi has never given me money or anything, so that accusation is totall unaccurate and unappreciated. He wanted to purchase a set of wheels from me on a Sunday while it was pouring rain which I was unable, and quite frankly did not want to do. I don't see anything wrong with it.

I will leave this as is, please leave open. I don't need to clear my name as I haven't done anything to destroy it.


Also, Zer0 thanks for the kind words. Yes I am a stand up guy, once morning comes I will get everyone that has purchase things from me into the thread just to see how many people on ScionLife have had a positive exp. with me.

On a Sidenote, What also wasn't said is I contacted Elegante to see if I could purchase the part that was broken on the tailight to fix at my expense which I bought cost me $27.00, plus shipping 2 times since there was no one to sign for them due to the value, first fedex shipment cost me $24.40, than the second from UPS which was $18.36 plus insurance.

On another note, originally his payment was a money order, so do I waste time once I get my cut from UPS and send out another money order? NO, IMMEDIATE PAYPAL PAYMENT STRAIGHT TO HIM. But again yeah I am the _______ and all. I guess you can't please them all.

But yeah go ahead and bash my name, Like I said before RUN THE MONEY ORDER NUMBER IT WAS NEVER CASHED!! Thanks

lemme just point a few things out.

when we spoke, you told me you were sending back my money order, and you would be keeping the shipping insurance money. i have no problem with that, as long as my money came back, there was nothing wrong with that.

however over 2 weeks ago you told me my money had been sent out. bullshi*t. to this day, ive yet to receive anything in the mail. ive called you and left messages on your cell phone, ive left you pms, and ive imed you. you didnt respond to jacksquat.

so my conclusion was that once again, you were full of shi*t. this was just another instance of you lying to me, just like you did throughout the entire ordeal. plz...tell me one good reason why i should have any reason to believe otherwise. and luckily enough for you, i still have every single one of your pm's, along with a good majority of the conversations on IM.

so now that ive gone public with all of this, you've refunded my money. and you yourself just said that my post is true. so thank you verifying the fact that you've lied to me throughout this entire process.

and this is a simple add-on for the end of my post. stealth got ____ed that i told him his communication sucked through pm and now would like to file a claim with Paypal for the 205 bucks he sent me. just so we're all aware that he's now trying to take it back. he states that wants to send me the money order back now. he thinks i dont want my money back.

I am not going to place a paypal claim, I don't appreciate being called a thief an _______ and the 5 other names you included in your PM. The issue was resolved right? You got your $205.00 back. I am out $69.76 and lost $69.76. Did I say well I am going to have to take that from the $205.00? NO I didn't, I placed a claim with UPS, waited for my check, deposited my check, refunded your money.

Bring the resources on my friend, I have kept the orig money order, every reciept, every dollar I have spent, Documentation between myself and UPS. I have done everything on my end I needed to. So yeah do what needs to be done over a measley $205.00

well whadayaknow....his communication was nonexistent AGAIN, and he never told me they were coming, when he explicitly agreed to when i bought them. so you know what i say? good for you! i dont have an ounce of sorrow in my heart that you spent 43 bucks to ship to my house? why? because you didnt send me the tracking numbers so i could make sure someone was home to receive, something you and i had agreed on at the time of the sale. why else? because hey 205 bucks is measly, so man, 43 just must be nothing at all.

I just bought a used Scion radio from him, I paid via paypal. He shipped it fairly fast, and it works fine, just as he described it. I was happy with the transaction.
