Default TCtunerz

I apologize to the owner of TCtunerz.

I didn't know it was a student owned and run buisiness. I pictured a big buisiness that didn't care about their customers, but if it's a couple of guys selling parts based on interest and to put themselves through school, that makes a lot more sense, and I'm glad to have a retailer who actually owns a Scion

I actually checked out the site again recently, and there are a lot of hard-to-find parts up.

Sorry for any flaming I may have done.

It's nice to see someone who can admit when they are wrong and apologize.

there is no excuse. Thats why its called a business. Sorry to say this but if they can't handle school and a business than they should chose one. There has also been a lot of crap not being shipped out and such. Their business practice is questionable.

I'm a student my self.. it hasn't held me back from anything.. I learned before I got into the business that you can't sell what you don't have, there are just too many problems that can occur... I am soon to be opening an online business myself, although it isn't open I sell off ebay in the meantime.. You treat your customers in the manner that you want your suppliers to treat you..

To say the least, I haven't done business with tCtunerz so I can't and wont speak negatively of them.. but to be succesful you have to have a strong customer base.. on average 1 out of every three of my customers on eBay return, for whatever reason, and I honor their return business consistantly. it is one thing if it is 3 or 4 deadbeat bidders (or buyers) that talk poorly about your services.. but when there are mutiple forums that talk about your business then something should change.

I'm not speaking from personal experience either, and that's why I retracted previous statements. I think it unfair for me to judge a company that I, myself, have yet to actually try out.

As far as purchasing goes, however, I'm the buyer on eBay who gives you two days to ship an item, four days if I'm feeling nice, and over a week only if you (the seller) fully explain(s) why my item is being held up and when it will arrive. Otherwise, you will have complaints through both eBay and Paypal, and I keep close tabs on my credit cards to reverse payement the moment I think something funny is going on.

That being said, until I buy from tC tunerz, I should have withheld personal statements about them.

he must be going for his doctorate, because his business etiquette has been messed up for years from everything I've read.

I agree.

Hey, I got an idea. A good software program to recognize duplicate threads and it removes them accordingly to make searches easier?

Na, come to think of it...not a good idea. The CPU would think it was in some kinda loop and reset with topics like this.

I’ve said it once and will say it again my relationship with Dwayne and tctunerz has been good. I’ve ordered some things got them in a timely manor. Now I don't know if it’s just because of my position with scion life or the fact I have spoken with him over aim for some months now or what, but personally I have never had a problem with them other then the fact the M3 Front is taking so long. I do hear and see a lot of posts about others not getting parts etc... All I can say is if you don't feel comfortable with the company don't buy from them.

im not going to say anything bad about them because this is the first thing i have bought from them, so i do want to give them a chance, so im hoping that my intake is sent soon. for now i will just be patient.
