yea, youd be better off filing a dispute with your bank/cc company to get your money back then sit and wait for your product... i ordered a B&M shifter and tccover motorized deck kit and still havent received anything as far as tracking # or parts in over 2 weeks

wish i wouldve done research (which would have helped since there is a buttload of bad feedback) before hand instead of looking for cheap deals... at least ill get my money back when the dispute goes through

 

yeah i actually talked to my cc company and they had me do all this stuff for them and now i am just waiting for them to reply back to me. yeah i should of done the same thing before ordering now i know better.

nothin yet, i didnt hear anything yet and i still havent gotten my part from them yet and its been almost 2 months.

 

If you did use a credit card....dispute it now for non-delivery. They will remove the charge and talk to him.

If you have waited this long...you're not going to get your part. Wait much longer and you won't get your money back either.

I heard you have 30 days in which to recive your merch if you got it off the internet, or they have to give you your money back............heard it on the news, not sure how much truth to this there is.

Maybe he's on the Civic forums now. That si is pretty popular right now it seems. It'd be a public service if we could figure out what his next scam is and cut him off at the pass.

Anyone think he's moved to Florida? SoCal might be too hot for him right now given how many tc owners he's screwed over. Florida has really lousy consumer fraud protection.

Does anyone have a picture of him? It'd be nice if we all knew what he looks like so we can avoid him.

if i remember correctly, he has family in florida. he is not going to stop, but continue to rip people off. i am sure if you know how to search the internet and sites you could find a lot of information about him. even with the f rating, people will still buy because they don't look at the bbb often
