Well i havent dealt with them but thanks for the arning, but another place you should stay away from is autopartswarehouse.com both times i called to make sure they had the intake in stock they said yes so i put the order thru and to my amazement guess what 3 days later i get an email saying it is on back order so it wont be in for weeks but they said they cancelled my ordered and nothing was charged, so i called my credit card support line just to verify and yes it was not charged but still how can you tell customers you have it then decide to tell them 3 days later that you dont

interesting despite all that has happened... TCtunerz has a BB rating at the BBB... with only one complaint on file...

More people should file with the BBB to get your issues resolved... b/c if they don't it'll drag down the rating

Collection and distribution of information is the cornerstone of free society.

After reading all of the stuff posted here there is definitely warrent for taking some caution if ordering from this company.

My current issue w/ tCtunerz:

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=57553

You'll read on there that the BBB rating WAS a "D" and then brought up to "BB" after he finally got around to taking care of it a month after I told him about it over the phone.

Have any of the CA residents that have been ripped off thought of taking a trip to Irvine to visit them in person? I understand that is where they are located. I know I would be at their front door if possible if I was ripped offf!

Default CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY !

Having a bad experience in the past, call your credit card company, call your bank and even call the place where you purchased a money order from ..... Alert them to this fraud situation and file a claim ....

Guys and Gals - From what I am reading on these threads, this is a serious situation he has placed himself in ......... Press the issue locally where he is located and file formal charges and contact the FBI about this Internet Fraud, trust me, they will act on it !
