Default TheModCity.com **REFUND HAS Cleared** 9/21

This dispute with TheModCity is near complete. A refund has been issued, funds have been drafted from their account and we are currently waiting for it to clear paypal, and once it does, this dispute is 100% settled. Daniel is a good guy and has been working hard at resolving this in a timely and professional manner.

I was asked to edit this to say that the Refund has cleared, and Prototype is happy. Everything is well. This dispute is 100% settled***spider13****

Thanks for the info. Good luck on getting things made right. I would be very angry if I were in your situation.

Wow man, THAT is EXTREMELY wrong what i think you are doing, THEMODCITY seems to have more than a few positive reviews on this site. They have MANY positive reviews on this site actually. Daniel @ themodcity is one of the best vendors on here, i think you need to check out all the great stuff he has been doing for this community and it shows from everyone on here. I think if Daniel could help you he definitely would, it also seems like your making A LOT of this up, he would never do such a thing, i must of made 5 transactions with him, all 5 successful. Hes a great guy and everyone on this forum knows it, and eveyrone is pleased with him.

ModCity seemed nice on AIM, although I question their knowledge when told that if I bought their "Halo Headlights" for the xB, I should either put 9006's or H1's? How can you just put whatever you want in? I later learned that these projectors are H3 bulbs AND even if you get H3 bulbs you will still need to do some fab work to get them to fit....

Hope everything works out for you!!!! Good Luck!!!

I asked Daniel to provide me with details on how to adjust the lights I bought from em several weeks ago. He doesnt know about the product he sold so he had to ask his "tech" guy. I am waiting for a response.

They were initially advertised as less than 21lbs. Read the whole post.

Why would multiple customer talk trash about a company? Are they getting paid? No. However people that are defending them (under shady circumstances) might be.

ha...interesting no?
