TPD RACING ~~~~ Issue Resolved
Well its been almost 2 weeks and i thought i would post this up. I ordered a part from tpd racing @ 9/20/06 8:31PM . WHen i placed the order via paypal tpd racing assured me it would ship out next day and i would have it that week.
well the end of the week comes and i still don't even have a tracking number. So i catch him again on aim and here is the convo on 9/26/06 12:48:50 pm.
iowaWRXhawk: hey did that ship out?
tpdracing: what was your order?
iowaWRXhawk: diversion panel
iowaWRXhawk: ben dellsperger
tpdracing: let me look it up,brb
tpdracing: ok it will be here by later today, tomorrow then it will ship tomorrow and i will email you a tracking #
iowaWRXhawk: awesome
tpdracing: ok cool
So knowing that i'll be getting a tracking number tomorrow i'm excited. Well once again i didn't get one so i have another conversation with him at 1:32:41PM the next day.
iowaWRXhawk: did u e-mail me a tracking number
iowaWRXhawk: i didn't recieve it
tpdracing: sorry not as yet. it is shipping today
iowaWRXhawk: shipping out today?
tpdracing: yup, shipping to you
iowaWRXhawk: so next week i will receive it or will it make it by the end of the week like u said earlier
tpdracing: what state are you in again
iowaWRXhawk: iowa
tpdracing: that you will get early next week. if it had come on monday like it was suppose to you would have gotten it in the week
tpdracing: sorry about that

Well i'm kind of ____ed but i'll put up with it bc i know i can get it early next week.
Well its now early next week and it still hasn't gone out. I'm still waiting on that tracking number so i have another conversation with him. This is what he said today
[13:23:24] tpdracing: man i am so sorry i will make sure that it is shipped today
[13:28:27] tpdracing: okay so i will email you later with the tracking number.

We are very sorry and we explained that it was a mix up in the shipping department which is fully our fault and we have compensated you for the inconvenience. There was no need to bash us as we took care of the problem as soon as it was brought to our attention.
With the $3000 order it was shipped out the same day order was placed but then it was recieved damaged which was done by UPS and we held another kit here while ups picked up your kit and inspected the kit and do their processing. We have sent you the tracking for the new kit after getting the paper work from ups to ship it out. we still have not even received payment from ups as yet. we thought we made clear what the process was going to be.

as stated i am not bashing. i used this to meerly inform the public of my experience with you. The issue was resolved but not in a timely manner. There is nothing wrong with me voicing my opinion.
I brought it to your attention a week before it was shipped out. You said every day that it would be shipped out that day and it never happened. Don't say something u can't keep

To all our customers you are valued and we are completely sorry for any shipping problems that may have occured, we are a totaly legitimate company and we pledge to do any thing within reason to please. Again sorry to all customers that have had horrible shipping experiences we will do what it takes to earn your trust and to correct the problem
