they came out perfect except for one ring that turned off out of no where, and i called in to get a replacement ring under warranty as it was stated, but when i called them they were checking my information and asked where i bought it from, i told them it was from an online scion store , www.scionempire.com , that went out of business for $80, and once they heard the price they automatically called it a fake set, and that its most likely an ebay set. i told them it wasnt, i showed them my receipt, i took pictures of the box that SAID UMNITZA AND JLEVI SW on it and they still refused. than i talked to jlevi sw and they were very nice to me and they sold me the ring for $25 , like 2 weeks later i called in to check with jlevi sw about the order and they said that umnitza refused to ship it out to me because of my "fake set of halos"

i kinda know how you feel. about the broken rings and everything but the product IMO is sh!tty. but jlevi was good to me, i cant deny them that. i got a little bit of a fuss from umnitza over a year ago, but i bet they dont even remember me :tear:

 

p.s. their idea of a warenty is charging extra for any parts that go wrong.

i baugt 2 sets. about 098908098039402947 extra rings (ok ok maybe 4 or 5 extra rings) and they cost at LEAST $25 bucks... so warrenty.... i think not.

umnitza seems to be full of promises they can not complete.

 

^ exactly, especially for a simple warranty exchange, but it really ____es me off how they call their own product a fake set, foor heavens sake i took a pisture of the whole kit, rings and all, and their logo, and still they dont budge. thanks umnitza, i appreciate it, god help me if i buy their "projectors" thats been in production for like 4 yrs

 

Umnitza was a horrible site. My girlfriends angel eyes look great but they have NO customer service and they argued with her every time she tried to get some help. They sent me 3 differnet sized rings and siad that they only have 2 sizes, they finally shipped out another set and they were broken.. it took almost 2 weeks to get another ring and I had to pay for it too!!

i finally got my demon eye ring yesterday and installed it today. it came out perfect, hopefully it wont break again and stay flawless

umnitza can be mean sometimes. i call them and they give alot of "How do u not understand" tones.

 

lol i just went to go check their site and umnitza is only about 1/4 - 1/2 a mile away from where I live.

 

if i paypal u $4 will u go out and buy a carton of eggs and do the do?

 

dang, I was thinking about getting some of their rings, but after hearing your experiences with the company's customer service, I'd rather try a DIY or something.
