be extra careful when purchasing from these people on e-bay. they change shipping prices when u go to pay for the item after u already "agree" to pay for it so u can't change your mind when they try to rip u off. i went back on the deal (after i noticed it when i bought my foglights and grilles from them ) and tried to buy another item from them to see if it was the same and it was. i paid for one of them right away (even tho they were ripping my off by $10 on the shipping charge) and now i have an un-paid item strike from them on my e-bay account for the other item. that is just straight shady. so much for my unblemished track record on e-bay.

 

File a complaint with Paypal and Ebay. You have rights too. Don't take the shaft.

 

yea i just did with e-bay but not with pay-pal yet. i just thought that was f*cked up that they did that. yea the shipping was advertised as $25 but when i went to buy it now it all of a sudden said $35. i was like WTF? i'm not paying more than advertised so i went to another one that they had and the same thing happened. so i was like i really want it so i just bought it at the higher price. i wouldn't even be that mad if they hadn't done this to me now. i know more ppl has had this happen to them too. please post if u did.

 

Sucks to hear your going through this. I have issues with the quality of the product and cutomer service.

 

i contacted e-bay customer service and they took care of it for me. those ppl at vertex racing is shady for sure.

 

Good to hear E-Bay got it fixed for you. I would agree Vertex does suck. I'm not buying from them again.
