i order a hood and trunk through robear and got the hood but they said they could never get ahold of steve for the trunk and couldnt for 3 weeks until i finally had to cancel my order and i had to file a claim for the hood (it came with a crack from shipping) and was looking for pics to send the credit card company but it apears that robear stopped carring bbist products? correct me if im wrong it its looking pretty glum

 

Steve has scaled back somewhat to focus on his family business, that includes several locations. Steve has been quite busy with this and it takes me a few days to get in touch w/ him. I know the factory that he uses for the cf parts is seriously backordered. Most of the distributors I know have been waiting for a while now, myself included.

 

yea i was wondering that too.. i'd PM'ed and e-mailed him like 3 times about a silver CF hood and I got one response weeks ago and then none after that. odd.

 

me 3... i really like that double sided cf hood and the cf trunk latch.. Steve, make a thread and let everybody know when your back in the game.. still waiting.

bout time! i have a question however. since your hood is double sided (no place for heat mat) will it bubble from engine heat? im runing an AW header, will it be ok?

 

Our hood will not bubble from engine heat at all.
