those are really neat but my idea was (and is similar to this look) on my xb is to replace the front driver and passenger handles with another pair from the rear handles if they'd fit. no keyhole, no plug and a super clean look. Of course you would need keyless entry obviously, lol.

 

That would suck if your car battery is dead you would need some tools to open the door which not sure you would have readily available.

 

I am working on a new cover at this moment. I should have pictures up shortly.

hmm... looks awesome! how much are u planning to sell these for?

 

We are estimating a price of $25 for one or $40 for two. We will have a core exchange of $5 back for each cover if you send it back to us. So the final price will be $20 for one and $30 for two.

Its not cheap but that is the best we can do since we have to prep each one and color sand afterwards. There will also be a lead time as I found that the clear needs at least a week to harden before it is color sanded.

 

Let me know when you start to sell those, I am totally interested! (How easy do you think the covers would be to take off (in an emergency)?)

would those covers fit the xB2s by any chance.....already own a keyhole plug......soliddddd product people!!!!!!

I found one part of the solution and now I need to find the other part and we are good on being able to remove one side in case of an emergency.

 

Yes it should also work for the XB2 as well. I will need to do some reasearch to make sure but I will have them for all but first I need to make them for the tC.
