2500+ hours which is roughly 2.5-3 years of normal night driving. But I've driven with my HIDs on day and night where ever I go and its been close to 3 years now without a problem.

Awesome dude! Dang, I'll be glad to not have to replace bulbs for a while. These aftermarket bulbs that look like HID's burn out like crazy!

hey i ordered purple hid for 9007 a week ago and i haven't heard anything ... can i get ETA?

 

Op, got my lights installed on my 09 xb. The highs are wonderful, I have more than enough high beam light I need. HOWEVER, the lows are rather dim. The car has projection lamps and the h11 bulb I removed was rated at 55watts where as the ballast driving the 4300k bulb is 35 watts. Think I need to upgrade my ballast or what? The lows are just dim in relation to the h4s on my xa I had.

Any custom color HID takes about 9-13 business days, so about 2 weeks before you see anything. But I sent you a PM also so we can see how far along your order is

Because the 2009 xB uses projectors, the light is not spread all over the place like it was with your older xA that had a reflective housing. If you notice, if you drive up to a wall you'll have a very smooth cut off line where light does not go above that line or very little does. You might remember that your old xA did not have that and the light was all over the place. That is the only reason why it seems like they are dimmer.

hey operatic, i need to order a new set of bulbs for my 2004 xB. i have your kit, but now one of the bulbs died.
do you have bi-xenon bulbs that would fit or only single-beam ?
i'd like to place an order ASAP ! (you dont have weekend shipping do you ... ?)

 

Our single xenon bulbs for the xB now have a halogen high beam and a xenon low beam. But if you want to upgrade to a bi-xenon kit, you'd actually need a new wiring harness and 2 more ballast.
