It's not bad and won't blind anyone. We've never been flashed since we added the HID's to the TC.
I've never been flashed either, but I have had people turn off there lights when they were driving next to me, because all the road markers and highway signs just GLOW, guess they thought they had their highbeams on.

How the heck do you install the hid fog light one? I have hella micro de and they wont fit the housing. How do you keep the bulb from falling out? how to get the housing to close?
the hid bulb is longer then the h3 fog light bulb.
Help!!

Check out page 14. It shows you where you can mount the Ballast on the passenger side. The location is right behind the passenger head light.
