hey operatic..

I ordered a 6000K 9006 HID kit from you a few months back and they have been wonderful!! However, in a few months I'm gonna be buying a set of 2008 headlights and I'm gonna need to buy a set of H11 bulbs (thats what the low beams are in the '08's right??) and I think I wanna do 8000K this time

Do you have a picture with 6000K and 8000K (possibly 10000K) beside each other??

Thanks

Yes all you would need is a pair of H11 bulbs. Also I do not have a picture of 6k and 8k beside each other. I have them in just separate pictures.

The kit comes with replacement light bulbs you swap out. You then plug the connector into the old connector that powers a transformer that powers the light or use a relay kit that plugs into the light connector, transformer, then battery.

The hardest part is finding a spot to mount the transformers to power the lights and its 1 for each light. So if you have a low, high and fog, thats 6 transformers you need to mount under the hood.

On my xa I ended up zip tieing them to my strut bar for the heads.

hey pat, i have an issue

bought mine for over a lil over a 2 years ago and my left headlight turns on slightly slower than my right headlight bulb. sometimes it doesnt turn on at all and i have to turn the headlights off then back on in order for it to ignite...

is this a relay issue or a ballast issue? you sent me a new relay about a year ago so hopefully that isnt the issue...

thanx for the help

The first thing to check is to see if there is a loose wire or connection. Also check for corrosion on the relay and on the fuses. Those can cause that to happen. If they check out fine, then swap the bulbs around and see if the problem follows the bulb. We also sent you a PM

im soooooooooooooooo confused on my new hid bulbs. i know what the 2 small wires are for (power) but then there appears to be a harness that connects to the oem harness. but the confusing part is that theres another end that looks like it needs to be plugged into somewhere else.

HELP!

other harness connects your OEM plug to your ballast.

your ballast will output the power to the male/female plug that goes into your bulb...

just helpin out pat.

Just like cliff said, one will go to your ballast the other to your OEM connection. If you have a question and need an answer ASAP, just give us a call at 832-428-3669 or 832-428-2431

Yes sir, an H11 kit for a 200 xB. Also all of our kits come with a relay harness, but if need be, we sell relay harnesses by themselves.
