08 headlights are a cheaper alternative to retrofitting. But even with just factory tC headlamps prior to 2008, the glare is not that bad like davedavetC and I've seen his car in person and driven towards him at night, the glare is no worse or annoying than a car with factory HIDs

You would need to change just the bulbs, even if you did projectors or a retrofit.

I got my Kit tonight...Installed..Awesome!...So insanely cool to see everything at night now!!....hahaa...Except my passengers headlight aims a lil higher though...Grr

finally got around to getting my kit installed. everyone at 3bspec is amazing. i've never dealt with a company who is willing to go so much father above and beyond, as they did. quality of product is great. i will definetly be refering everyone and will be buying from them again.

Enjoy em! As for the passenger side headlamp aiming higher, that actually comes like that from the factory, it is to help you see street signs better

I have not been on SL in a few months, although I want to send a bump!!! These lights are great. I have had mines for a while with no issues what so ever.

hey, i got a question..my HIDs been great! But lately its been taking along time to turn on. I tried checking the wires, and the wires that are connected to the stock harness was a little bit wet (its been raining/drizzling like nonstop lately). Im going to try and dry it, reconnect it to the stock harness and tape it up again.

But let me know any info you could give me or a tip for future reference

I think the lights aim too high!...

I already been flashed by 3 or 4 cars tonight!!!...lol

Then when i light them up on a wall they are level and low

Any suggestions??

If you car is lowered, I'd just leave em, you just encountered everyone mole person on the road that night. If not, you can always aim em down a bit.
