I bought some for my xb and i get tha paper for tha h4 switch that u have 2 do but i cant get tha hid and high bulbs 2 work....i get 1 at a time

Hey, so I ordered a pair of HID's from you for my mom's car and I must say, I'm a very happy customer! The delivery time was awesome and everything plugged up easily. I got the H11 5000K slims for my mom's 2010 Camry. I have HID's in all of my vehicles (a '05 TC, '06 Xterra, and 04 Yamaha R1, '07 Ducati 109 This is by far the best priced kit yet. They are just as good if not better than the other kits I have. Anyways, after putting on the 5000K H11's in my mom's car, I think I'd rather go with the 6000K. Is it possible for an exchange? And instead of sending in the 5000K and waiting for the 6000K to arrive, can I just order the 6000K through your website and pay for them and then when the 6000K get to me, I can send the 5000K back for a refund? Or would I have to just buy the 6000K and take a loss on the 5000K? I'd appreciate whatever you can do and regardless, I am a satisfied customer and will be ordering from you in the future to upgrade my other HID's to slims or Bi-xenon as well as referring friends to you! Thanks!

YOu can definitely purchase the 6000K and get a credit back on the 5000K, but we do need to deduct $10 for reshipping and processing fee.

So you can purcahse the bulbs online for $35- $10 fee = you will get $25 back once we received the 5000K from you. Thanks!
