Hello, I'm having trouble with a bixenon kit in an xA.

When I switch to high beam the lights go off.

I purchased a bixenon kit on Black Friday.

I purchased your kit a lil over a year ago and I have had both a bulb go out and now a ballast just failed. I'd like to replace the entire kit, can you give me a good deal?

UPDATE!!! HIDeXtra has sent me replacement bulbs. The driver side has been replaced with the "5000k" bulbs. You can definitely tell by the box of light above the main beam that the driver side is whiter and the passenger side is bluer! Thanks for the great customer service despite the mix up!
