I doubt it's lack of wanting to help and more like people don't know. I mean after all this is a Scion site and Scion doesn't use that size bulb. Go buy your kit somewhere else if you want to cry about it but you will be missing out on a great kit.

As far as my "brighness" problem goes......never mind I compared mine to a couple of others and it's actually brighter. Great product Cliff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes they used h11 in 08 models. I had to cut mine just a little to make them fit. That's why I said I think Toyota makes their own h11 but I'm not sure. I fixed mine in less than 2 minutes with my dremel. I didn't make big deal about this because its an aftermarket part and I don't expect them to fit right in most cases.
Again it was just in my case. I cut mine because I didn't want to brake it or something. Its always better to be safe. Other than that this kit is awesome. I love it so far.

^^ i don't think any of my leds worked either. but its alright, its the hids that mattered.

btw, clifford sent me two different bulbs with my kit initially, i contacted him right away, then 2 days later, the correct bulb arrived. he fixed my order extremely quick. he has great customer service. not only is the product excellent, but if anything were to happen to your order, you'll be taken care of like i was.

Thanks cliff!

just checking leds are polarity sensitive you did try them in both ways
they will only work if the correct side is hooked up to positive

i just checked a few of mine with a 9 volt battery all of them worked.

silvertC06 - send me an e-mail after you order and I'll be sure to include some extensions with your kit to make the wire harness reach. ;)
