Default PTUNING FR-S/BRZ Turbo Kit PREORDER

PTUNING: FR-S/BRZ/GT86 Spec-SS Turbo System (Intro Pre-Order Price: $4,895)
We're now taking pre-orders for our soon to be released Spec-SS Turbo System. Please note that this will only fit US-Spec and other LHD manual transmission FR-S/BRZ/GT86's. We may develop a separate system for the automatic models later on down the road.

We've made 298WHP and 238WTQ on our Dyno Dynamics Dyno at only 6.2psi on standard 93 octane pump gas using the factory header. With our PTUNING PnP WMI System in place and still on 93 pump gas, we were able to lay down 400WHP and 300WTQ. For comparison's sake, please note that our DD Dyno is known to read about 10-12% lower than a typical Dynojet.

Our low-mount turbo set-up offers better weight distribution and heat management than a typical front mount set-up. The system comes standard with a Garrett GT3076R Ball Bearing Turbo and lightweight SS Tial V-Band Turbine Housing. We can accommodate a smaller or larger GT Turbo if you wish. Please PM us for pricing on alternate turbos.

The Spec-SS version utilizes the factory catted header as standard, however, we'll release pricing and information for our optional 4-1 Header soon.

We're pricing this Tuner System with the fueling package sold separately, since many of you may already have your own Ecutek license, etc.

- PTUNING standard quiet Recirculated WG Dump Tube (DTA WG Tube optional)
- PTUNING 3" T304 SS V-Band Downpipe designed to mate up to our 3" DS-325 Single/Dual Exhaust System
- PTUNING True Garrett GT Intercooler Core with Custom Formed End-Tanks
- PTUNING 4" Mandrel Bent Intake Tube and Cone Filter
- PTUNING Aluminum Cold Air Intake Shroud
- PTUNING One-Piece Mandrel Bent 2.5" Aluminum Intercooler Pipes with integrated WMI bung
- Turbosmart 52mm V-Band Race Port BOV
- PTUNING PnP Oil Scavenging System (No need to remove/replace factory oil pan)
- PTUNING Chromoly Front Sway-Bar

Optional Items:

Design Benefits of our Low Mount Turbocharger:

- No additional heat in the engine compartment caused by hot front-mounted turbo.
- No need to replace quiet/efficient factory fan/shroud.
- No restrictions on using thicker upgraded aftermarket radiators.
- No need to remove/replace oil pan. Car can be returned to stock much more easily.
- No cutting of front factory bumper support required for installation. Again, car can be returned to stock more easily.

- The only turbo system currently on the market to use an efficient large 4" intake tube from filter to turbo inlet. This allows for the use of the standard GT3076R 4" inlet ported compressor housing.
- The only turbo system to use an efficient external wastegate with a divorced low-merge-angle recirculated dump tube as standard with a DTA (dump to atmosphere) tube being optional.
- The only turbo system that offers a true 3" turboback option right out of the box, when coupled with our modular PTUNING DS-325 3" Exhaust System. No expensive overpipe & frontpipe needed.

- The low mounted turbo offers a lower CG and better mass centralization as it is placed well behind the front axle line.
- Super straight downpipe design offers the highest CFM exhaust flow resulting in better turbo spool-up and greater overall efficiency.

- Utilization of a more expensive Garrett GT Intercooler Core offers the most efficient intercooling for a given core size. Largest practical core size is used as well.
- Utilization of an expensive SS Tial V-Band turbine housing makes our lightweight turbo system even lighter and eliminates potential exhaust leaks.
- Utilization of all SS V-Band connections again helps to eliminate potential exhaust leaks.

- Integrated custom Water Methanol Injection bung allows for the addition of a WMI setup without the need to weld and recoat intercooler pipe.
- Our custom CNC-machined WMI bung is specially profiled to prevent a WMI nozzle's spray pattern from being distorted. This spray pattern distortion will occur when using any off-the-shelf 1/8" NPT bung.
