Does anyone's scanguage2 ever reset your ecu? I notice when it get really hot and the guage is exposed to sunlight, it somehow resets my ecu when I start the car... How do I know this?... After this incident occurs I try scanning my obdII with the scangauge and it comes up 'NOT READY' for OBDII testing. Also, my car idles below 500 rpm for a little while. This problem feels exactly the same as when I disconnect my negative from my battery. Any input would be appreciated.

I'll let one of the tC guys grab this.... but on my xB I had to drill a hole to put it in the cubby, so I drilled it on the top and ran the cable down that way if it is removed you can't see the hole looking into the cubby normally..

that's what I will be doing in about 3 hours to my cubby

I have also heard tC guys drilling out the cubby light hole a little bigger and running it through there. I would rather make a seperate hole then drilling out the cubby light hole.

they're using the hole for the LED that lights up the cubby, some of them have had to drill it a little wider though.
