Default xA Amp pop / popping through speakers at engine cut off

I upgraded my 2005 Xa with the scion bazooka 100w amp and speaker upgrade. I also installed the bazooka tube upgrade as well at the same time. I am getting a small pop through the speakers when I turn off the engine. My gut feeling is a ground wire. The trd / scion instructions I got from toyota instructed me to put the ground under the parking brake bolt on the chasis which is about 6 or so inches away from the under-the-seat amp. The bazooka tube in the rear is grounded to the chasis via a back seat main bolt as shown in the toyota instructions. Very simple install for the most part. (Took more time to prep than acutal install) Anyway, I am guessing it is a ground wire issue causing this light pop. I am just not techno savy enough to know.
