So, I've been an infrequent lurker on this site for a number of years, and finally decided to register. I'm on my "2nd" Scion (1st one, 2005 xB, has engine issues, probably blown rings) and have always liked the tC.
So I went out this past weekend and bought a used 2015 tC with manual transmission, in Dark Steel Mica. My new commute car. I'm eventually going to rebuild/replace/repair the xB's engine and then my daughter will be using it as her around town, go to school car.

I will admit, when we first bought the xB (brand new, 12 miles showing), I was a little hesitant; but it was what my wife wanted, so she got it. Over then years, the durability has impressed me to no end. That, and my overall love of the tC body style, was why I wanted another Scion as my new replacement car.

I'll post a couple of pics later, once I can get to a more scenic locale than my driveway or street.
