Hello! I have recently purchased a 2005 Scion tC. I was just curious if this car had any odds or ends. Anything I should look out for in time to come. It's a 4cyl in line 2.5 and has roughly 104,000mi on it. Any insight would be great!

 

You should look out for pedestrians, deer, objects in the road, because that'll greatly decrease the life of your car if you strike one. Other than that, the cars usually have a self eject button under your seat. Might check your model for that feature, I think it was only the 2005's that came with that.

With all jokes aside, the cars will run a long time. What a warm welcome to a new member!

Can someone tell me the difference between a tC 1 and tC 2?

 

Welcome! tC1 is the first generation(2005-2010) and tC2 is the 2nd gen(2011-present).

 

Picture up! I wanna smoke out the tail lights, murder out the rest of the car and get a set of halo's up front. I also want to remove the ugly pinstripe decal, but I don't know how yet. Opinions so far and what's yet to come?
