Hello guys and gals. I'm picking up a silver 2009 XB this week with just under 50,000 miles on it. It's all stock with a 5-speed and in pretty good shape. Needless to say, I'll be lurking the forum to learn more about modding it and to check out any known problems I should look out for. I won't mod it much, but I'm looking forward to wheels and a little drop and a little more power.

The good news is that I'm already somewhat familiar with the car. My boss drives an 09 XB for work that I've maintained since it was new (purchased in 200 and his has over 415,000 miles on it right now. YES, you read that correctly. 415k miles on the stock, all original engine. His is an automatic and is still running the first rebuild on the transmission, with no issues yet! The engine is all original, with the exception on replacement spark plugs and ignition coils (the coils were replaced free under a recall). I have replaced the alternator, water pump, and belt tensioner, and it runs a K&N filter, but that's about it.
