What should I have done cause a lot of that looks like stuff that I already have done.

xB plugs should be changed every 30k miles I believe. Unless your car has been driven under the special conditions listed above, you only need to do the stuff above the special conditions.

If you feel like spending the extra dough, I'm sure the dealership will be more than happy to give you a full inspection of the car (and will probably recommend one).

Plugs and fluids mostly...

FYI, when I was a service Writer I got a 10% bonus whenever I sold a 30 or 60 K service because they are such a money maker. Half the things they bill separately can be done while the tech is waiting for the oil to drain...

Yeah, I'm close to my 30k mark too, I'm going to change spark plugs, any suggestion on who makes good ones? Also, do you think it would be important to do that system cleaning thing Toyota has i.e. carberator cleaning, intake valves, combustion chambers, its that crap they have at the front desk...

Wouldn't bother doing any engine treatments at 30k. Modern gasoline has plenty of cleaners and additives that promote clean burning fuel. However, if you do want to use a fuel injector cleaner, I would recommend Chevron with Techron. It's about $6 at the auto parts store.

And personally, I'd go for OEM plugs to avoid any warranty issues.
