Just wondering if anyone's already gotten a 45k service done and what is really necessary granted you've taken care of the car well. I've done all scheduled maintenance, use synthetic oil and either plus or super at the pump. Toyota quoted a $350+ service for the 45k... Has anyone gotten it done elsewhere?
