My ABS light just came on in my 2005 XA.... No other light came on and everything else on the car seems to be ok. Is this a common "ailment"? I am debating whether to bring it to the dealer or is it a common problem that I am just wasting my time addressing? I voided my Scion warrranty so any wrk I have done I will have to pay for. How much does this type of problem usually cost?

In what way have you voided your waranty?

 

X2 unless you did a disk brake upgrade it should still be covered.
You could always have them dignose it and fix it yourself.
