"blend" doesn't mean much. If it's 10% synthetic and 90% dino, that's a blend.
Shops are ok for basic oil changes, but the more special requests you have the more likely they are to ignore your request or screw it up. Jiffy Lube guys are paid 7 bucks an hour, don't ask them to think while they work.

if u request something and its on paper then that legaly binds them to it like a contract, so if it did say it you tell him drain the son of a b!tch and change the filter. $10 oil changes aren't worth risking, you get what you pay for (not much)

I change my own oil as well. It's easy, and you are sure it's a damn good job.
Put real synthetic in there, I'm running Mobil 1 5w20.

ok and why are you not using your 3 "FREE" oil changes from the dealership???? I always take mine to the dealership....keeps a good maintenance record for your car....and also if they screw anything up....they will take full responsibility unlike those at mom and pop shops I.E "JIFFY LUBE".....
