Default bare metal chips and dents - will nail polish do?

After washing her a lil I found paint chips =( and 3 main dents from the thieves crowbar. I'll have to touch it up so that it wont rust before putting the spoiler on....

2 dents are on the trunk area as well as 2 paint cips
then there's a more obvious dents on the line above the tail light

*sigh*

Can I use clear nail polish as a primer, then apply touch up paint with tookpick and then put another clear coat of nail polish?

What is the drying time I should allow between all those steps?

Try using dry ice to "pull" out those dents. Search "dry ice car dents" on youtube for a video.

Personally, I would use something designed for autos rather than nails, but thats just me. Im sure clear nail paint would work in a pinch.
