Default coolant question

near the radiator, there is a white container that says coolant and it's very low. i read the online xb manual speaking about coolant, but it says to fill up in a completely different spot.. it says to remove the METAL cap on the radiator and fill that up.

What's the other clear plastic container that says coolant on it then? What should I ask for from the dealership to fill this up?

The clear plastic one is the overflow tank. There should be something in it, but usually not full. There are typically lines on it for cool and hot or something like that.

and you have to fill it up, and then run the engine so that the thermostat will open up and circulate the coolant and make sure there are no air bubbles.
